Al Akhareen
Alchimie musicale inédite, AL AKHAREEN ("Les Autres" en arabe) est conçu comme une réflexion sur l’altérité.
La plume et le flow débordant d’Osloob s'alimentent de la spontanéité et de la profondeur du jeu de Naïssam Jalal. A ces deux figures principales s'associent une formation de musiciens talentueux et singuliers : Mehdi Chaïb aux saxophones et percussions, Viryane Say à la basse, Clément Cliquet à la batterie et Dj Junkaz Lou aux platines.
Sur scène, en sextet, la formation allie hip-hop qui tâche, improvisation libre et tradition arabe revisitée pour une musique unique dans son genre : un rap profond et poétique allié d'un groove sans faille, revendicatif et puissant !

In their musical repertoire Osloob and Naïssam Jalal present an unusual combination: electrifying hip-hop – rap – with heady flights of melody from the flute. The beats and rhyming lyrics of Palestinian rapper, beatmaker and beatboxer Osloob blend perfectly with the improvisations of Franco-Syrian flautist Naïssam Jalal.
The result is a dialogue between two musicians with a seemingly perfect understanding of each other: Osloob the rhyming wordsmith delivers his verses, while Naïssam Jalal, creatively accompanying the MC’s beats, “raps” with her flute. The result is an excitingly bold and precise intermixture of sounds.
Their project title, "Al Akhareen", means "others" in Arabic. The lyrics and the music represent an interaction with the other; furthermore they appear not only as a duo, but also as a trio, accompanied by DJ Junkaz Lou, or even with a live band composed of Mehdi Chaib (sax, percussion), Viryane Say (bass), Clément Cliquet (drums) and DJ Junkaz Lou (turntables).

Dans leur création musicale, Osloob et Naïssam Jalal proposent une combinaison singulière : un hip-hop électrisant – rap et beats – porté par des envolées mélodiques enivrantes de flûte. Les rythmes et les textes scandés du rappeur, beatmaker et beatboxer palestinien Osloob se mêlent parfaitement aux improvisations de la flûtiste franco-syrienne Naïssam Jalal. Il en résulte un dialogue entre deux musiciens à la complicité évidente : Osloob, orfèvre du verbe, délivre ses vers tandis que Naïssam Jalal, accompagnant de manière créative les beats du MC, « rappe » avec sa flûte. Le résultat est un mélange de sons audacieux, précis et intensément captivant. Le titre de leur projet, Al Akhareen, signifie « les autres » en arabe.
